We guarantee high-level medical-nursing care and physiotherapy, taking care of everything our residents need from a health perspective. Furthermore, following the principle that "those who know how to stay active even as they age gain in health and quality of life," we offer moments of relaxation and entertainment, with activities oriented towards 360° well-being and the complete freedom to organise your days according to your own wishes.
We offer our guests the possibility to maintain their own habits and independence for as long as they wish and as far as possible. Those with less autonomy, on the other hand, will be cared for by our nursing staff. Even in the design and construction of the Residence, we thought about the health and well-being of our guests, using plenty of wood to make the interior spaces healthier, all of which are very spacious and elegantly refined. Furthermore, to further reduce our environmental impact, in 2006 we installed a photovoltaic and solar thermal system that remains efficient today.
The facility offers 50 beds in spacious suites and double/single rooms, all equipped with modern comforts (TV, internet, air conditioning, emergency call, accessible bathroom, terrace or garden). Guests can personalise the rooms or furnish them with their own furniture.
We have approximately 30 apartments, connected to the main building, which guarantee access to medical-nursing care, physiotherapy, a swimming pool, a sauna, and a gym. The offer is completed by a 5-star restaurant, with the possibility of meal service directly in the apartment upon request.
A large lawn slopes gently down to the lake, while a series of winding footpaths allow for full, circular use of the entire park. Plants and flowers brighten the environment, which also includes a small pond with colourful fish.
The spa, featuring a Kneipp path, salt room, indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and massage area, offers moments of authentic relaxation and well-being.
