Transfer abroad

6. Storage duration

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the individual purposes for which the data was collected. Data that we store when you visit our website is kept for twelve months. An exception applies to analysis and tracking data, which may be kept longer. We store contract data longer because we are required to do so by legal regulations. In particular, we must keep business communication, concluded contracts, and accounting vouchers for up to 10 years. As far as we no longer need such data from you for the performance of the services, the data will be blocked and we will only use it for accounting and tax purposes. Health data that we collect in the context of our services is partially stored for up to 20 years.

9. Individual data processing operations

9.1 Website & Logfiles

By visiting, certain data is automatically stored on our servers or on servers of services and products that we obtain and/or have installed for the purposes of system administration, for statistical or security purposes, or for tracking purposes. These are:

  • the name of your internet service provider;
  • your IP address (under certain circumstances);
  • the version of your browser software;
  • the operating system of the computer used to access the URL;
  • the date and time of access;
  • the website from which you visit the URL;
  • the search terms you used to find the URL.

This data cannot be assigned to a specific person and there is no merging of this data with other data sources. The storage of log files takes place to guarantee the functionality of the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. This is our legitimate interest.

The data is only stored as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection. Accordingly, the data is deleted after the end of each session. The storage of log files is mandatory for the operation of the website; you therefore have no possibility to object to this.

9.2 Contact form / Contacting us

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone, or fax, your request, including all personal data resulting from it (name, request), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your concern. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The data you send to us via contact requests remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.

9.3 Hosting – Hetzner

This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This can include, among others, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website accesses, and other data generated via a website.

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its performance obligations and follow our instructions regarding this data.

We use the following hoster:

Data location: Data center in Germany (EU)

The website is operated on a server managed by us at Hetzner. The open-source software Coolify is used to provide and manage the applications, which is installed on the same server. Coolify is a pure self-hosting platform; there is no data transfer to an external Coolify service.

9.4 Mapbox

We exclusively embed the maps of the service Mapbox from the provider Mapbox, Logan Exchange 2nd Floor 1509 16th Street Northwest Washington, DC 20036, USA, on our website. The processed data may include, in particular, IP addresses and location data of users. The data may be processed in the USA and/or in Europe. 9.5 Cookies

The cookie "_cf_bm" is set by our Content Delivery Network (CDN) to ensure the distinction between human users and automated access. It serves exclusively for security and performance optimization and contains no personal data.
