The Rivabella Chef, a master in the sector, and his brigade create beautiful and exquisite dishes that satisfy both the eyes and the palate, prioritizing seasonal Bio and Demeter ingredients, and paying great attention to both nutritional balance and the personal needs and tastes of the guests. For clients who require special dietary regimens, personalized menus are cooked, always of a high culinary standard, shared with a nutritionist and in compliance with medical indications.

Comfort food par excellence, desserts have a proven consolatory capacity and, by acting on neurotransmitters (serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins), help improve mood. In addition to the Chef, the Rivabella retirement home also has its own pastry chefs who prepare delicious cakes and desserts daily. Specialized in dietary pastry, all the desserts prepared are healthy because they have a very low amount of sugars/starches.
